These Terms & Conditions govern your use of RUSHD, a desktop software product operated by the RUSHD team under Medad. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using RUSHD, you agree to these terms.

Important: RUSHD is provided by a small team. We aim to keep the service reliable and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain unchanged.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not share your password or use another person's account without authorization.

2. Use of RUSHD

You may use RUSHD for legitimate personal, educational, professional, research, operational-research, and business purposes allowed by your plan. You must not:

use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, licensing, or security controls;
reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
use the service to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data; or
resell or redistribute RUSHD access without written authorization.

3. Plans, Subscriptions, and Payments

RUSHD may offer free and paid plans. Plan features, limits, prices, billing cycles, and availability may change. Your account is entitled only to the features associated with the active plan shown at the time of use.

For manual payments, an order may remain pending until the payment proof is reviewed and approved. Access is activated only after successful verification. Payment confirmation does not create a permanent entitlement to a plan if the transaction is later found to be fraudulent, duplicated, reversed, or otherwise invalid.

4. Cancellation

Where cancellation is available, cancellation normally stops the next renewal rather than removing already-paid access immediately. The exact behavior shown in your account controls the effective date. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

5. Intellectual Property

RUSHD, its software, interface, branding, documentation, and original content are owned by or licensed to the RUSHD/Medad team. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to your plan; they do not transfer ownership.

6. Your Content and Data

You retain responsibility for files, project information, and other content you submit to RUSHD. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and upload that content. We may process submitted information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and Changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of RUSHD when necessary for security, maintenance, technical reasons, legal requirements, or business decisions. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption, but a small-team service cannot guarantee continuous availability.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

RUSHD is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing the outputs of the software and deciding whether they are suitable for your academic, operational, financial, engineering, or business decisions. RUSHD does not replace qualified professional judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the RUSHD/Medad team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious misuse, fraud, security threats, non-payment, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as RUSHD develops. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
